Alembik One – Traditional Pot-Still

The core of the set, the "helmet" (known as the "onion head"), is crafted from 2 mm-thick copper, ensuring exceptional durability and resistance to wear. The helmet, with its hemispherical base and sleek cone reaching a total height of ~60 cm, perfectly accumulates and condenses a portion of alcohol vapors, providing a unique aromatic profile to your distillates. Each helmet is handmade, allowing for customization based on your specific preferences.

The helmet is connected to the Craft condenser through an arch and a 4" tri-clamp fitting, which ensures easy assembly and stability. The Craft condenser, made entirely of copper, features a multi-tube design that allows for efficient cooling of the vapors. At the end of the condenser, a parrot enables real-time monitoring of alcohol content.

All components are made of the highest-quality copper, which plays a crucial role in enhancing the flavor of distillates. Copper acts as a natural catalyst, removing sulfur compounds from the alcohol vapors that can negatively impact aroma and taste. As a result, distillates produced with the Alembik One have a deeper, more harmonious flavor, distinguished by its purity and intensity.

The stainless connections ensure both safety and structural stability, enabling long-term use without concerns of corrosion. The set is mounted to the boiler with a 4" Tri-Clamp. You can also use our reducers to connect it to other tanks, including a 2" adapter for kegs and a 3" (76 mm) adapter.

1. Parrot – The parrot is an tool for continuous monitoring of alcohol content during distillation. With this feature, you can easily track the proof of the distillate in real time, allowing for more precise cuts and control over the final product.

2. Aromatizer – For those looking to make gin or infuse unique flavors into their distillate, the aromatizer is a perfect choice. It provides a dedicated chamber for adding botanicals, spices, or fruits, enhancing the final product with custom aromas and flavors.

3. Polished Finish – A polished copper finish not only adds a sleek, elegant appearance to your Alembik One but also improves durability by minimizing oxidation on the copper surface. This option gives the distiller a professional, mirror-like shine, ideal for both display and long-term use.
