Specially crafted to work with popular kitchen appliances like Termomix and Monsieur Cuisine (Lidlmix/ Monsi), Alembix combines traditional craftsmanship with modern technology.

Alembix is extremely easy to assemble and operate. Thanks to the spiral prismatic packing (SPP), the distillation process becomes more efficient, enhancing the final product’s quality. The copper construction effectively removes sulfur compounds, improving the taste and aroma of the spirit.

With its compact size, Alembix is perfect for small spaces. Simple disassembly makes it easy to store and clean.

• Optional cooling water connection (garden quick connector or 8mm PVC hose)

If you choose the quick connector option, the set will include 2 meters of 14mm water hose and two garden connectors.

If you choose the 8mm hose connection option, the set will include 2 meters of 8mm hose and a faucet adapter (to replace the aerator).
