120l jacketed Artisan boiler

A jacketed tank with a net capacity of 120l. Designed for cooking dense mashes of fruits and grains without the risk of scorching. Works wonderfully with a plate still as well as larger diameter rectification stills.

The tank is equipped with a wide 4" Tri-Clamp inlet and a central 2" diameter central drain, ensuring trouble-free operation with mashes containing solids, such as seeds or grain.

The jacket itself has a bottom oil drain and a screw-on filler-it can be conveniently transported without the risk of oil spills. For the process, the filler should be open, as the jacket works without pressure.

The tank can be equipped with an electric stirrer useful for distilling outstandingly dense batches (such as potato or rye batches).

The heating power of the boiler can be adjusted from 2 to 8kW. In addition, you can order a power regulator, available here (click). The economy of running the process can be improved by adding insulation to the tank.
