Kentucky pot-still

Our still is equipped with a 70-liter copper pot, which provides excellent heat conductivity and naturally neutralizes unwanted sulfur compounds, resulting in an exceptionally clean and aromatic distillate. Additionally, the device includes a 20-liter thumper—a key element in the distillation process that allows for double vapor purification and increased alcohol potency.

The thumper features the KTD system, enabling the middle tank to be used in two ways—either as a thumper or as a doubler. Simply unscrew the KTS system pipe from the thumper’s cover to switch modes.

With the central valve, you can work with the thumper/doubler or bypass this element entirely, directing the vapors from the pot straight to the condenser. All of this is possible without disassembling the apparatus.

Above the pot, there is a 200mm dephlegmator, mounted on a 6" Tri-Clamp connection. Both the dephlegmator and the pot are equipped with traditional analog thermometers. The pot can be heated by fire or electricity.

The open-mounted spiral condenser is designed to provide maximum cooling efficiency, allowing for the production of high-quality distillate with minimal water flow.
