- Can orders be placed during the break?
Sure! The Store system works normally, so you can place and pay for orders 24 hours a day.
- When will orders placed during the vacation period or before be shipped?
If you order ready-made accessories (yeast, nutrients, ingredients, gaskets), they will be shipped within 1-3 business days after the vacation, and if stills, accessories to-be-made (parrots, thermometers, attachments, still expansions) - within the standard timeframe provided when ordering, i.e., 10 business days excluding the vacation period. - I sent a package to you during the vacation period - what will happen to it?
It depends on the carrier, but most likely it will simply be returned to the sender. Postal shipments (notified) will be collected from the Post Office after the vacation. You can always check the status of your package on the carrier's website by providing its number or in tracking aggregators, such as 17TRACK
5. I have a malfunction. How to contact the service?
