Herbal still for essential oils

A distiller designed to obtain essential oils from herbs, flowers, plants and all kinds of botanicals. It allows you to extract oils through steam distillation. The plant material is placed in a 4-inch (108mm) diameter basket that conveniently opens from the top.

The water tank is equipped with a heater with an optional heating power regulator. There is also a liquid level indicator in the tank.. It allows you to protect the heating element from exposure.

The tank can be equipped with a water drain, thanks to which we can drain the water remaining in the tank after the process.

The basket has a capacity of 3200 ml and is attached to the boiler with a Tri-Clamp. The plant material is secured with a special copper mesh, which is mounted in a way that prevents clogging of the device. The basket is loaded from the top and closed with the same clamp.

The top of the distiller is a Lyne arm, ended with a Tri-Clamp connection to the condenser. The condenseris very efficient, it easily condenses the entire heating power with a small water flow. Cooling water is connected by garden quick couplings.

Since oil producers often have unique requirements, we are able to customize the distiller to meet specific needs. Larger tanks, larger and smaller baskets are available, as well as other condensers for higher heating power.
