50l flat boiler

Flat tank with a usable capacity of 50 liters. The tank's height with legs is only 33 cm, making it the lowest tank of this capacity on the market! Available equipment options:

Heating type:

• No heaters - for gas heating
• Two heaters ~2kW each (total ~4kW)
• Three heaters ~2kW each (total ~6kW)
• Four heaters ~2kW each (total ~8kW)

The heaters are designed to heat thicker materials as well, thanks to the low power density of the heating element (less than 8W/cm²). We do not use screw-in heaters in sockets, which can have a power density of over 32W/cm².

The heater set includes a connection cable and a plastic cover.

Central connection with the column:

• Tri-Clamp 2" (for reflux stills and 2" pot-stills from our offer)
• Tri-Clamp 3" for Thor 76mm and 76mm pot-still
• Tri-Clamp 4" (for plate still and Prime/ Thor Prime still)
• Any other option available upon request

Additional inlet:

• 2"
• 4"

The 2" inlet is a threaded cap inlet, while the 4" inlet is a Tri-Clamp inlet.

Additional content drain:

• 3/4"
• 1"
• 2"

The above options include a drain valve for easy draining of the boiler's contents after the process. The larger 2" drain prevents clogging issues, such as with seeds. If only thin and clear materials are planned, a 3/4" inlet will suffice. Choose the 1" drain if you plan to include small pieces of fruit.

Additional thermometer port in the boiler:

• None
• 1/2" thermometer port (for installing a thermometer to measure liquid temperature, e.g., from a plate column)

Insulation:

• None
• Rubber insulation

Insulation allows for faster heating of the tank, using less heating power during the process, and additionally, there is no risk of burning yourself on the hot tank.

Heater power regulator:

• Power regulator for one of the heaters
