Artisan 300l oil jacketed boiler

Distillation tank equipped with a n oil jacket for efficient heating of dense charges with a net capacity of 300 liters. Its sturdy construction and functional solutions make it an ideal solution for conducting distillation processes under conditions requiring the use of fruit or grain mashes.

The tank is made etirely of durable and acid-resistant material (stainless steel 1.4301), ensuring durability, safety during operation, and convenience of cleaning. The oil jacket, located around the tank, allows precise temperature control, which is crucial for distilling substances with high viscosity or density.

The tank can be connected to any column from our offer - it is most recommended for alembic installations and plate stills.

An additional convenience is the option to equip the tank with an electric stirrer, which enables uniform mixing of the distilled substance, speeding up the distillation process and ensuring a consistent final result. The electric stirrer operates efficiently and safely, eliminating the need for manual stirring.

The tank can be ordered in standard or electropolished finish. Electropolishing, besides the visual aspect, facilitates maintaining the tank cleanliness between processes.

The distillation tank is standardly equipped with a bottom drain located on the side of the tank, with a 2-inch valve enabling controlled drainage of mash or wash. Additionally, the wide top hatch facilitates easy and convenient filling and cleaning of the tank.

The tank can be heated by electric heaters. In the case of ordering a tank heated by gas, the heating option should not be selected.

In standard, the tank includes:

• DN150 top hatch
• 2" side bottom drain with valve
• three legs (optionally equipped with wheels)
• oil inlet and outlet 1"

The height of the tank to the Tri-Clamp connection at the top is 900mm.
