Craft Nano

Complete distillery set, ready to run after assembly, not requiring buying or adding extra elements.

The basis of the distillery is an thermal insulated oil-jacketed 50l boiler perfect for fruit and grain mashes. The heating power is fully adjustable in the range of 0-4000W. The boiler is equipped with a wide, comfortable 4" Tri-Clamp manhole, 60mm (2") drain and temperature measurement 1/2" socket. The oil needed to fill the heating jacket is included in the kit.

Above the tank there is a conical reduction (2-4") allowing to connect the tank with a spherical foam disperser, which serves to protect the still against foam contamination, which occurs during distillation thick mashes in the tank. The core of the distillery is a complete copper plate still equipped with 4 sieve plates, connected by Tri-Clamps. The diameter of the column 4 inches (~ 110mm) which allows up to 4l /h takeoff rate. Wide sight glasses allow a visual view of the still's operation.

The high-performance shotgun reflux condenser guaranties low water usage. Final condenser is equipped with so-called "parrot" for continous alcohol measurement. 

Keeping clean is ensured by a CIP (cleaning in place) attachment located in the top part of the column, allowing for post-process washing without removing the still elements.
