420l oil- jacketed boiler

Oil jacketed boiler with a usable capacity of 420l. 

The boiler is equipped with:

• Oil jacket- allows you to heat even extremely dense mashes without risking the burn
• Electric stirrer -  agitattor improves the heat distribution in the mash, preventing it from sticking to the sides and the bottom of the tank
• Manhole inlet - a wide manhole of over 200mm allows for convenient pouring of mashes
• Central drain-drain on the bottom of the boiler enables the final flush of the mash after the file distillation process.
• Safe electric box - all regulation devices, switches and controllers of the installation of tank is connected in one box - you get ready-to-use boiler
• Heating elements - mounted with Tri-Clamp, with the agreed power. Single or three-phase power supply option. The options are 8/12 / 24kW.
• Measuring ports and mounts for distillation equipment
• Thermal insulation (option) - non-flammable closed-cell rubber saves energy costs and shorter warm-up time.
• Wheels or legs (optional) - mobile base for easy movement or adjustable legs for uneven surfaces

In the case of boilers made for distilleries, we may use parts meeting standards (Atex/EX) required in the procedure of legalisation and the boiler is equipped with mounts for anchoring and sealing.
