Whisky yeast can be applied for mash made of grain, maize, rice and similar. For breaking starch into fermentable sugars is necessary to use enzyme amylase included in the sachet Amyloglucosidase.
Use
Sprinkle yeast on surface of your room temperature mash, wait for 20 minutes before mixing it well. Fermentation up to 12% alcohol in 3-6 days (depending on mash and fermentation temperature).
